GS-System is a family-owned company founded 1993 in Kokkola and based on the tradition of hundreds of years old craft construction.

We understand the importance of doors, windows and glasses for both smooth production and high quality finished products. That is why we have well-known brands in the field of boat brands that have learned to trust GS-System’s professional skills and desire to become familiar with the customer’s needs..

GS-System’s safe, stylish and maintenance-free products also insulate good sound. All doors, windows and glasses are easy to install and are suitable for leisure boats as well as for public boats.

WINDOWS

We also manufacture boat windows in aluminum frames and also grated if the customer so wishes. Frames are anodised to 20 in thickness, and they can be painted to the customer’s RAL colors.

Glass windows are always hardened, usually when laminated. Glasses are 4-8 millimeters in thickness, and in the future we are also buying thicker glasses.

The machine allows for versatile bending of the windows when the corner beam is 52 mm. With certain restrictions, the use of the largest beam is possible.

In addition to the clear standard glass, the color options are smoke gray, bronze and green.

You can also get Electric windows with 12, 24 or 230 volts. 230-Volt Electric windows work as heat sources for boating for added comfort.

Which of our finest, high quality windows are 100% watertight and therefore maintenance-free. In addition, the windows are easy to install because the outer frame is secured by screwing it to the inner frame.

GLASSES

Long-lasting and maintenance-free glasses also bring boating to economy. The customer gets the glasses from us with the strength he wants, bent and electrified. In addition to the clear standard glass, the color options are smoke gray, bronze and green.

By gluing the glass without a rubber seal directly to the body, more rigidity and complete water resistance are provided, as well as more options for design solutions. Exterior glasses are either silk-screened or primed edge, so UV-radiation does not damage the glue.

We are also a distributor of Hammerglass safety glass. Unsurprising Hammerglass glasses are delivered as a custom order if needed.

In addition, you get insulating glasses and individually shaped mirror glasses.

DOORS

GS-System’s durable hinged doors and sliding doors are robust, fully watertight and tailor-made to customer needs.

A hinged customer can choose a glass door, a metal door or a combination of them. All hinged doors have a standard silicone seal, and additional foil can be used to further improve the compactness.

The installation is facilitated by a sturdy outer arm with a fastening for the inner carton.

Hinged doors can also be supplied with an electrically heated glass, giving the doors heat to the interior of the boat.

Direct-sliding sliding doors are delivered either wholly or partly from the glass and, if necessary, light-cured. As an additional feature, the door can also be locked to the desired position.

We have developed a completely new and unique Flush door. The Flush door has its own frame that stiffens on the entire wall of the boat, making it really sturdy and completely waterproof.
